Who We Are

The Blockchain Center Abu Dhabi was officially launched in August 2024 as a hub focused on the practical adoption of blockchain technologies across real-world use cases. Positioned at the intersection of distributed ledger technology, traditional financial infrastructure, and emerging AI systems, the Center works with governments, sovereign-backed initiatives, regulated financial institutions, technology providers, and builders to advance responsible and scalable blockchain adoption.

Rather than operating as a conventional incubator, accelerator, or research institution, the Blockchain Center functions as a coordination node within Abu Dhabi’s blockchain ecosystem, aligning public-sector priorities with private-sector execution, and supporting initiatives from early exploration through implementation and impact.
